The Belgian Browning Hi-Power was used by the British military and armed forces of other nations from the 1960’s. Hi-Power pistols were issued to the British Special Air Service throughout the Cold War era & during the Falklands War in 1982. This is an excellent Browning Hi-Power Semi Automatic pistol. This example has fixed combat sights & military knurled ring hammer. It is stamped with the Herstal FN & Browning’s Patent information (illustrated). The pistol is serial number ‘T229075’ which is stamped on the slide, breach and frame (in 1964 the product code for the Hi Power was the letter "T". The serial number of this pistol is in the range T214000-T258000 indicating manufacture in 1968). The breech has Belgian Liege ‘ELG’ & other inspection marks. It has undamaged, chequered plastic grips and magazine. Deactivated to UK specification in 1998 the pistol, cocks & dry fires, the safety catch works and the magazine can be removed. The FN Browning M1900 is a single action, semi-automatic pistol designed C 1896 by John Browning for Fabrique Nationale de Herstal (FN) and produced in Belgium at the turn of the century. It was the first production handgun to use a slide. United States President Theodore Roosevelt owned a M1900, which he regularly kept on his person and in his bedside drawer. Eugen Schauman used an M1900 (serial number unknown) in his 1904 assassination of the Russian Governor-General of Finland at the time, Nikolai Ivanovich Bobrikov. This is an excellent example of the Browning Model 1900 in 7.65mm calibre. The pistol has its original finish with nice patina throughout. The matching serial numbers 658931 are stamped on the frame, slide and rear sight block. The pistol has a blade foresight and bakelite grips with 'FN' roundels. The left side of the pistols slide and frame are marked with crisp manufacturer detail and inspection / proof marks (illustrated). The left side of the frame also has a thumb lever safety catch and the butt is fitted with a fixed Military/Police lanyard ring. British Webley & Scott (Webley Auto) Model 1908 7.65 mm / .32 Auto Calibre Semi Automatic Pistol. Sn 22778 - 22778
This is a Webley & Scott Model 1908 .32 Calibre Automatic Pistol; an advanced version of its predecessor the M1907 with improvements to the grips, trigger guard and magazine release (see pages 147 to 157 of Webley & Scott Automatic Pistols Book By Gordon Bruce). The grips are vulcanite and have an increased width across the top and finely cut chequered grip panels. The bottom edge of one grip has a small, old stable, chip. The metal work has original blue finish which has just age & handling related light rubbing in areas. The sight consists of a long groove on top of the action & blade fore sight. The magazine is released by pressing a button on the bottom of the frame between the grips, this operates as it should. On the left side of the receiver it has "Webley & Scott Ltd. London & Birmingham 7.65 mm & .32 Automatic Pistol" along with the W&S winged bullet trade mark. At the rear, below the hammer is the serial number 130926. The pistol has a 3 ½” barrel and is 6 ¼” long overall. The deactivated pistol cocks and dry fires, the safety catch works as it should & it’s magazine can be removed. The Astra Model 900 is one of many Spanish variants of the German Mauser C96 semi-automatic pistol. It shares the same calibre, magazine capacity, and holster type and is generally very similar to the German handgun. The Spanish gunmaker Astra-Unceta y Cia began producing a copy of the Mauser C/96 in 1928 that was similar to the C96 (including the presence of a detachable shoulder stock/holster). It was produced until 1941, with a production hiatus in 1937 and 1938. The Spanish copies of the C96 were generally intended for export to China, but after the commencement of the Sino-Japanese war, the remaining Astra 900s were used in the Spanish Civil War, and numbers were also sold to Germany in the period 1940–1943.This is an excellent condition, Spanish Astra Model 900, Broomhandle, 7.63 mm Semi Automatic Pistol. This example has a small ring hammer and Universal safety protruding from the rear left side of the frame. The weapon has a 6" barrel & grooved wood grips which are undamaged. The weapon has fixed foresight and adjustable tangent rear sight. The frame has Spanish Astra manufacturer marks 1928 patent detail and serial number 16582. The pistol has other un-matching numbers. It is complete with military lanyard ring. The pistol cocks and dry fires crisply. These pistols were issued to Infantry troops in a wooden holster that doubled as a shoulder stock. Our holster rig is in excellent condition. The wood shoulder stock holster has the correct knurled steel button which opens the hinged lid. The hinge plate has a fixed belt bar. The wood stock holster / stock has the correct steel slide with release catch that allows the holster to be attached to the grip frame recess of the pistol. The holster has its original leather belt rig. The rig has the correct magazine pouch with flap cover and stud fastener to the front. One side of the rig is slotted for its original wood handled steel cleaning rod. The tool is present & held in place by a leather strap with stud fastener. The rig also has a leather retaining strap secured by a stud fastener that fits over the top of the wood stock / holster. The leather is impressed by the WW1 German maker ‘A.PH. Hoffman Berlin’ and dated 1916. All leather & stitching are clean & intact. The price for this rare pistol with shoulder stock holster rig includes deactivation certificate and UK delivery. A Browning Model 1922 7.65mm (.32ACP) semi automatic pistol. This a variant of the Model 1910 and was known variously as the Model 1922 or 1910/22. This was a larger model with a longer barrel, slide extension, and a longer grip frame to accommodate an extra two rounds. This model was aimed at military and police contracts and many examples were produced for various agencies. The FN Model 1922 was initially designed for Yugoslavia. M 1922 pistols went on to see extensive service in World War Two, and continued to be manufactured by the Germans after their occupation of Belgium and seizure of the FN factory. This weapon is in good condition. It measures 7" overall length & has black FN signature vulcanite grips. The grips have the Trade Mark "FN" inside an oval on each side. The bottom edge of one grip has a small old stable chip. It retains its original blue finish. It is stamped on the left side "Fabrique Nationale D Armes De guerre Herstal Belgique Browning's Patent Depose". On the right side of the frame near the trigger it is stamped ‘245924’. The barrel, slide, breech and frame are stamped with matching numbers. The front of the grip frame has letters and numbers most likely Police or Military Unit numbers / designations ‘GM 351’ inspection marks and ‘431’ (illustrated). The breech has proof marks and calibre detail. It has a safety catch on the left side & military / Police lanyard ring holes at the butt (ring absent). The pistol’s grip safety works and it cocks and dry fires. The pistol comes with a period brown leather holster with flap cover spare magazine pouch on the front aspect and retaining strap with eyelet that fastens to a brass lug on the body of the holster. Pietta Bingham .22LR PPS/50 (PPSH41 copy) Semi-Automatic Rifle. The Bingham PPS-50 Carbine first went on sale in the late 1970s and are now being sold by Pietta. A great looking copy of the legendary WWII Russian PPSH41 (The PPSh-41 is a selective-fire, open-bolt, blowback submachine gun that fires the 7.62×25mm Tokarev round. It was designed by Georgy Shpagin of the Soviet Union to be a cheaper and simplified alternative to the PPD-40. The PPSh-41 saw extensive combat during World War II and the Korean War. It became one of the major infantry weapons of the Red Army during World War II, with about six million PPSh-41s manufactured during the period). It comes fitted with 50 round magazine. Very popular with the US shooters. They were only produced for around 9 years before production ended and are therefore not that common. The wood and metalwork are in very good condition, with only minor signs of age-related wear. Stamped to the top and side of the barrel with maker and model numbers along with inspection marks. With a full working action, the rifle cocks, strips and dry fires. The weapon was deactivated in 2025 and the price includes the deactivation certificate and UK delivery. D 1515.

German, Inter War Period, 1929 to 1933, Matching Numbers, Mauser Model 1914 Pistol. **EARLY UK 2003 DEACTIVATION CERTIFICATED** - D 1489
This is a German, Mauser Pistol Model 1914. The pistol was first made in 1914 and had various improvements in its service life. This pistol is the fifth variant of the Mauser model 1914 and is referred to as the 1914/34 transitional pistol which was in production from 1929 to 1933. This matching numbers pistol carries the serial number 498985 on the slide and the dismounting button of the front of the gun. The pistol is stamped on the left hand slide MAUSER- WERKE A.G.OBERNDORF AN and Cal. 7,65 – D.R Pu.A.P on the other side. The pistol carries proof marks on the right hand side of the receiver and the top of the slide near the rear sight. The pistol retains much of its original blued finish and has its original one piece chequered grips fitted which are uncracked. The pistol cocks, dry fires, the safety catch works together with the release button and the magazine can be removed. The TT-33 7.62 mm Tokarev self-loading pistol is a Russian semi-automatic pistol developed in the early 1930s by Fedor Tokarev as a service pistol for the Soviet military to replace the Nagant M1895 revolver that had been in use since Tsarist times. The pistols were issued to Russian Officers and were used throughout WW2 and the Cold War. This is an excellent original Cold War dated example complete with 2 magazines which both have lanyard rings fixed to the butt. The pistol has its original blue finish. One side of the frame is stamped with Russian inspection marks and number 'T3965'. It is also crisply date stamped '1952' and has the post 1928 Izhevsk arsenal mark of a ‘circle containing a triangle and arrow’ (In Russia Izhevsk the capital city of Udmurtia, has the titles of the Armoury Capital of Russia and the City of Labour Glory). The breech has matching number. Its ribbed Bakelite grips with ‘Star CCCP’ roundels are undamaged. The butt has a fixed lanyard ring. This set has a leather lanyard with loop end and sprung clasp fastener which attaches neatly to the lanyard ring. The pistol has open combat sights. Both of its original magazines have matching numbers ‘T3965’ and other struck out numbers (illustrated). It is complete with its brown leather holster. The holster is in excellent condition with full flap cover, single brass stud fastener, spare magazine pocket and rear riveted belt loops. The right aspect of the holster has 2 small stitched leather fittings for steel cleaning rod which is present. The inside of the flap has a Soviet ink stamp.
