**VERY RARE**Pre WW2 Era Czech VZ 35 Bolt Action Military Training Air Rifle 4.5mm Ball Bearing Calibre With 10 BB Hopper Type Magazine & Czech Model 1924 Bayonet & Scabbard. Sn 23403 - 23403
The VZ35 was made by the Czech State Arsenal in Brno before World War II. The designation VZ 35 means model 1935, or something to that effect. This is a rare example in excellent condition. It has the correct winged foresight and adjustable rear sight (the later post war VZ 47 had a shrouded fore sight). The cylinder is crisply marked by the manufacturer (illustrated) together with number '22735'. The gravity feed, hopper magazine located on top of the cylinder has the correct hinged lid (the later V 47 had a steel sliding cover) and holds up to 10 BB's. The hopper frame is marked ‘J Rampant Lion 37’ (possible export to Israel in 1937 see bayonet markings below). The rifle's original wood furniture is undamaged and fitted with a steel butt plate, bayonet bar, cleaning rod & correct 2 sets of sling swivels. The weapon's bolt action cocking mechanism functions crisply with a strong spring action. The rifle is 43” overall length & comes with an original Czech M1924 Bayonet & Scabbard. These bayonets were adopted by Czech Armed forces in 1924 to fit Mauser type rifles. The bayonet has a clean parkerised 11 ¾” blade with fullers. The wood grips are secured by screw bolts. There are no visible manufacturer or date marks on the bayonet’s blade but the pommel top is marked ‘VA 1218’ above ‘tgf’. The scabbard is blued steel and its frog stud is stamped with CZ roundel ‘E3 48’ & Rampant Lion mark (denoting post war manufacture in 1948 for export to Israel, see ‘An Illustrated History Of Bayonets’ By Brayley pages 52-54). **RARE**MINT BORE**1905-1908 Britannia Anglo Sure Shot MK1 Cox’s Patent .177 Calibre Break Action, Air Rifle ' Made Only For R. Ramsbottom, Manchester'. Sn 23387 - 23387
Britannia Anglo Sure Shot MK 1 air rifles were produced between 1905 -1908 (see page 12 & 13 of a Collector's Guide To Air Rifles By Hiller). The break action is achieved by a thumb operated, gate type, barrel latch which when pulled backwards releases the barrel and allows the weapon to be cocked and loaded. This is an excellent example with original wood & metalwork in excellent condition. It has a 22 ¼” stepped rifled barrel and measures 37 ½” overall. The bore is near mint, clean & bright with well defined rifling. The rifle has a blade fore sight and adjustable rear sight stamped ‘Patent’. The top of the frame is correctly stamped 'Cox's Patent' together with ‘Made Only For R. Ramsbottom, Manchester & 'Anglo Sure Shot Mark 1'. The left side is stamped with the Britannia name and trade mark. The steel stock frame and barrel section are stamped with numbers '3387' & ‘3369’. The frame is also stamped ‘RD 394207’. 1990’s -2012 Theoben Rapid 7 .22 Calibre 7 Shot Rotary Magazine Bolt Action PCP Air Rifle With Sound Moderator & Nikko Stirling Mount Master 3-9x40 Telescopic Sight. Sn 23268 - 23268
The Theoben Rapid 7, introduced in the early 1990s by British company Theoben Engineering, revolutionized PCP airguns with its high-capacity buddy bottle, 7-shot rotary magazine, and rugged, simple, user-serviceable design. Renowned for accuracy and hunting power, it became an iconic, dominant, and often-copied platform before production ceased in 2012. This is a very good early Theoban Rapid 7 PCP air rifle (see page 532 of The Blue Book Of Airguns by Beeman). It has all original wood work with stippled pistol grip and rubber recoil pad. It has its air bottle, sound moderator and 7 shot rotary magazine. The rifle has been chrono’d at a respectable 10.37 Ft Lbs power and is fitted with Nikko Stirling Mount Master 3-9x40 Telescopic Sight. All optics of the sight are excellent. **SOLD**17/3**1950’s – C1970’s West German Anschutz Model 275 Bolt Action Fairground Gallery 4.4mm Calibre (BB) Ball Bearing Repeating Air Rifle With 12 Shot Removable Magazine. Sn 23258 - 23258
These rifles were produced by the West German arms company Anschutz from the late 1950’s through to the 1970’s and were popular fairground gallery rifles (see page 5 of Hiller’s book ‘The Collectors Guide To Air Rifles’). This is an excellent example. It has a ramp blade fore sight and correct adjustable rear sight. Its removable 12 shot metal magazine is inserted in to the underside of the rifle by depression of a ribbed metal lever which opens the loading port. The magazine is marked by the manufacturer ‘Anschutz’ and has round counter viewing ports numbered 2-12. The barrel is crisply marked ‘Anschutz Erzeugnis Modell 275’ together with calibre detail ‘Cal 4.40 Nr 9’ and serial number ‘17041’. The rifle has a safety catch lever at the rear of the action. The rifle's original wood furniture has just light bumps and bruises consistent with age and use and has a ribbed butt. The 15 ½” barrel’s bore has typical fine rifling and is clean. The rifle is 41 ½” overall length. The weapon's bolt action cocking & firing mechanism functions crisply. The price includes UK delivery. Boxed Post 1977 Webley Hurricane .22 Calibre Air Pistol & Accessories. Sn 23207 - 23207
Production of the Webley Hurricane began in 1977. The pistols replaced the Webley Premier MK II (see page 238 of The Collector’s Guide To Air Pistols by Hiller). This is an excellent example of the Webley Hurricane .22 calibre Air Pistol. The Pistol has an over lever action which has a strong spring and fires crisply. The pistol retains all of its original black finish. The frame is marked with the Webley manufacturer’s detail and 'Hurricane' model. It has contoured target grips, safety catch, adjustable rear sight & blade foresight. The pistol has its original brightly coloured Black and Green coloured box with Red inlaid tray. The inside of the lid has illustrated instructions for care & use. A previous owner has wrapped the lid in clear cellophane to protect it during storage. The accessories consist of an RWS Diablo pellet tin containing a quantity of .22 calibre lead pellets, a metal target holder with pellet catcher tray & the pistol’s original allen key tool with metal Webley key ring. The American Benjamin company was started by Walther Benjamin in 1899. In 1977, the Benjamin co, bought the Sheridan Co and in February 1992 Crosman bought the Benjamin Company. The Benjamin Sheridan Model H is a vintage multi-pump pneumatic air pistol manufactured primarily between 1982 and 1991. It is highly regarded by collectors for its high build quality & accuracy and are hard to find in the UK . The Model H was available in several variants based on calibre and finish. Its Multi-pump pneumatic system, allows users to adjust power by the number of pump strokes (typically 3–8). The Model H series of air pistols were introduced in 1982, these typically featured nickel finish and were 20 calibre (H20 model), a signature Sheridan calibre intended to provide better penetration and a flatter trajectory than .22 (The Model HB22: B= black finish were .22 calibre). The H9 / H9A Series were Introduced around 1991, these replaced the original H series. This cased H series (H20) nickel finish .20 calibre example is in near mint condition. The pistol is Pneumatic Pump Action. The air chamber is charged by multiple strokes of the underlever pump action and a pellet loaded into the barrel at a port with bolt in the top of the barrel. The power of the air pistol is increased by the number of pumps. The pistol has a safety catch button on the grip frame. The pistol has all of its original factory finish, Benjamin Sheridan USA manufacturer’s address, model and calibre detail (all illustrated). The pistol is serial number R106105. It’s wood grips are undamaged. The pistol has an adjustable rear sight and blade fore sight. The bore of its 9 ½” barrel is clean with crisp rifling. The pistol is 12 ¼” overall length. The LP53 (Luft pistole/ Air Pistol) was produced between 1953 and1983. It is a .177 calibre air pistol with the same design lines as Walther's famous .22 LR Olympia target pistol. The LP53 is all metal with beautifully formed brown plastic grip panels. Movie posters for early James Bond films show Bond holding an LP 53 or Olympia pistol instead of his usual service PPK. This example is in near mint condition with excellent finish to the metalwork and plastic contoured grips with Walther banners. It has target sights and is stamped on the left side of the frame with the Walther banner and patent detail 'LP Mod 53 Cal 4.5 (.177)' together with 'Walther Patent Made In Germany' & serial number '043967'. The pistol functions perfectly and is contained in its original very rare to find silk and felt lined deluxe wood case with hinged lid and clasp fasteners. The case is covered with dark blue leatherette material and bears the printed silver Walther banner. The case has its original carry handle. The silk lining has its original gold Walther banner. The case contains its original wood cocking aid, 2 spare rear sight plates, 2 spare fore sight blades, cleaning rod & a clear plastic pot with removable lid. **RARE**1927-1936 German Haenel Model 28 (1928) .177 Calibre Break Action Air Pistol. AI 852 - AI 852
Haenel Model 1928 Air Pistols were produced by C.G. Haenel Suhl Thuringer Wald Germany between 1927 & 1936 (see page 88 of Hiller's book 'The Collectors’ Guide To Air Pistols 3rd Edition'). This is an original rare to find Haenel Model 1928 .177 calibre break action air pistol. It has a 4 ¼” barrel with clean bore & correct shallow rifling & measures 10 ½” overall. It has a block & blade foresight & adjustable rear sight. The undamaged wood grips of this example are correctly inlaid with Haenel signature brass medallions. The top of the cylinder is crisply marked 'Haenel Mod .28 Brit Pat No. 277265 DRP’. The right side of the cylinder is stamped 'Made In Germany' & the left side of the barrel 'Cal 4.5mm (.177)*’ calibre detail. The butt of the grip frame is stamped with serial number ‘18567’. These pistols have an unusual cocking action. A knurled steel button on the right side of the trigger guard releases the cylinder from the grip frame and the cylinder is pulled upwards to break open the pistol and cock it. The barrel breaks to allow loading of a pellet. The pistol cocks and fires crisply. It retains its original finish with even aged patina throughout. The price includes UK delivery. AI 852

Crossman 2250B Ratcatcher CO2 .22 Calibre Compact Air Rifle & Telescopic Sight. - MISC 1017
This is an excellent Crossman 2250B Ratcatcher .22 CO2 single shot bolt action carbine. The compact air rifle has an ABS Stock and fore end and a rifled barrel. The guns condition is excellent with all of its original bluing present and no damage to the stock. The gun is fitted with a Webley 1.5 x 15 telescopic sight mounted on top of the action. The lightweight 3lb 6 oz gun has an easy CO2 cartridge loading system and up to 35 to 40 shots from one CO2 capsule and shoots with a velocity of up to 550 ft per second. This is a very good Webley Senior .177 Calibre Air pistol. It is undamaged with brown plastic grips. The left side of the cylinder is stamped 'The Webley Senior Made In England' together with 'oil' and arrow indicator pointing to the oil hole located on top of the cylinder correctly highlighted in white. The right side is stamped 'Webley & Scott Ltd, Birmingham 4' and 'Webley Patents' (The pre 1958 Birmingham area code 4 was removed post 1958 after a factory relocation, See Page 85 of Webley Air Pistols by Bruce). The forward barrel block is stamped '.177' calibre & the front of the cylinder stamped with serial / batch number '1828’. The rear of the cylinder is correctly marked ‘Not to be removed’ highlighted in red. It has a blade foresight & adjustable rear sight and it cocks and fires with a strong spring action. The pistol is contained in its original Webley cardboard box with Pre 1958 Birmingham 4 address Webley labelling & imagery. Original 'instructions for use' are adhered to the inside of the lid.
