The weapon will then be brought up to the EU specification and the relevant certificate obtained prior to the transfer of ownership and delivery.**** This is a good double barrelled, side by side, 12 bore, lever, break action hammerless shotgun by S. Smallwood of Shrewsbury. It's steel barrels are 30 inches and the overall length is 47 inches. The metal furniture on the wooden fore end and side plates have fine scroll work etching. The side plates are crisply engraved 'S. Smallwood and the top of the barrel rib is marked 'S. Smallwood Shrewsbury'. It has a lovely walnut stock which is in great condition with a recoil pad. The weapons metal work is in nice undamaged condition with even patina throughout. It breaks and dry fires. It has a safety safety catch slide positioned behind the top lever. This is a nice piece and ideal for display or decoration. Price includes UK delivery and the deactivation certificate.

MK I* 1901 Dated, Long Lee Enfield ( RSAF Spark Brook) Rifle South African Marks And MGC Unit Mark. Sn 8741. - 8741
This is a nice 1901 Dated, Long Lee MK 1* Enfield Rifle made at the Royal Small Arms Factory Sparkbrook. The rifle is crisply stamped on the right side of the strap 'Crown VR', 'Sparkbrook LE 1*' and '1901' date. The breech is stamped with South African 'U' marks and BSA stacked rifles Trade Mark. It's brass butt plate with trap is stamped ' M.G.C.' most probably to a Machine Gun Corps together with number '134'. The wood work is all original and has just the scuffs and bruises to be expected with service wear. The metal work retains it's original finish and the weapon has magazine cut off, sling swivels, bayonet bar, ladder rear sight and long range volley sights. It strips, cocks and dry fires perfectly. French, Model 17 'Unique' 7.65mm Semi Automatic Pistols were used by the French resistance during WW2. This is an excellent original example. It has undamged metal work and grips and is fitted with military lanyard ring. The left side of the slide is crisply stamped with calibre and manufacturer detail (illustrated). The frame & slide are both stamped with 'Crown AN' proof marks. The right side of the frame is stamped with number ' 78565'. The pistol cocks and dry fires as it should. C1921 German Mauser G98 Rifle made by BRNO Czechslovakia ( Sn 7884. ) - 7884
At the end of WW1 The Treaty of Versailles ordered Germany to disarm and Firearms production in Germany ceased. However German Rifles and munitions continued to be produced in other countries including the Mauser G 98 Rifle. This is a lovely Czech made G 98 Rifle. The breech is crisply stamped by the Czech manufacturer 'BRNO' together with ' CS. ST. Zerojovka'. It is stamped with matching numbers '7442' on the breech & barrel. All wood work is original and in excellent condition. It has a steel butt plate and is fitted with bayonet lug & sling swivels. The weapon cocks & dry fires perfectly. WW1 American Wooden Ammunition Box For the Browning Model 1917 Heavy Machine Gun. The box was made to hold 30.06 belted ammunition as can be seen in the second photograph. It has a hinged lid which opens upwards and a metal spring loaded catch to lock the lid. The spring catch works smoothly. The box has a serial number stamped on the catch "C 46089" and a further serial number stamped on the hinge "A8792A" The box measures 32cm x 20cm x 12cm. It has a webbing carrying handle. This is an excellent original WW1 German Army Maxim Machine Gun Ammunition box for 7.92mm Maxim Machine Gun rounds. Apart from superficial scuffs to the body which is to be expected of an original WW1 piece and is consistent with Military use, this Ammo box is in great undamaged condition. It measures 7 3/4" x 15" x 4 1/4 " and is of standard Military construction of wood with sturdy metal band edges. It has it's original recessed, metal bar carry handle and full hinge. It also has it's original push button, sprung closing mechanism and latch which functions perfectly. The lid of the box has original, contemporary white and red paint lettering (illustrated) and the inside of it's lid bears original lettering stamped in black ink ( illustrated). Italian, Bernardelli, Model 60, 9mm Semi Automatic Pistol. D 1109. - D 1109
In 1959 Vincenzo Bernardelli of Gardone V.T., Italy began production of the Model 60 semi automatic pistol. It had a modern blowback design and was available in a range of Calibres. This is a nice example of the Model 60 in 9mm calibre. It has a 3.5" barrel (6 1/2 " overall). It has a lightweight alloy frame and blued steel slide. The top of the slide is serrated to reduce glare. Safeties included a left side mounted thumb safety, half cock hammer and a magazine safety. The metal work is complete and undamaged with original finish. It has great undamaged black plastic checkered grips which are contoured and chequered. The left grip bears a deeply impressed roundel containing the Vincenzo Bernardelli ' VB' initials. The right grip contains a deeply impressed roundel containing the Company's 'crossed arms' legend. The left side of the slide is crisply stamped with the manufacturer's name, factory and calibre detail ( illustrated). The left side of the frame and slide are stamped with numerous inspection marks and it's serial number ' 14803'. The Pistol cocks, strips and dry fires. 1953, Spanish Mauser, 7.52 mm, Bolt Action Rifle. D 1083. - D 1083
The Spanish made Mauser Bolt Action Rifle was developed from the Mauser Gewehr 98 line of weapons. This example is in nice condition. It's metal work has nice patina throughout and it's wood work is undamaged. It is nicely stamped on top of the breech housing ' Fabrique De Arms, La Caruna 1953 with coat of arms motif' and is complete with sling swivels. The weapon cocks and dry fires perfectly. Austro- Hungarian Mannlicher M95 8mm Carbine. Sn 6548. - 6548
This is an excellent example of an M95 Steyr straight pull bolt carbine. The M95 was first manufactured at the Steyr plant and then in Budapest at an Island Arsenal set up by Steyr. This is one of those and the breech is stamped 'Budapest M95 (illustrated). These weapons were used throughout WW1 and in 1930 the Austrian Government updated this carbine for the 8 x 56R cartridge and the sights altered. The receivers were stamped 'S' for Stutzenkarabiner. When the Nazi's came to power these rifles and carbines were given to Bulgarian Units. They were also standard issue for the Russian Navy. The wood furniture of this weapon is in great condition as is the metal work which has a nice patina throughout. It cocks and dry fires perfectly and the price for this original, nicely stamped weapon includes deactivation certificate and UK delivery. Sn 6548.
