An original, excellent, example of a WW1 German Ersatz M88/98 bayonet with solid steel hilt. It has a half hoop, one piece stepped muzzle ring. (see page 143 & 153, No. 338 of The Bayonet Book by Watts & White). It has a 12 1/4" fullered blade which has just light staining consistent with age and is complete with it's original steel scabbard. The throat of the scabbard has a fixed locket and oval frog stud. German M84/98 Bayonet By A Rare maker 'Durkopp', Scabbard and Frog Dated 1942. Bayo 23 - Bayo 23
A German M84/98 bayonet by a rare maker 'Durkopp, with metal scabbard and leather frog dated '1942'. This is the model with plastic grips. The blued blade is stamped with the maker "Durkopp" and numbered 7722". The scabbardis stamped at the throat with S/174G and the number 5000. The pommel is Waffenamt stamped twice. The frog is nicely marked on the back with the makers stamp of "W. Linnert-Bielfeld 1942". (See 'Bayonet , Belts and Frog' book Part II by Anthony Carter, page 28 no 308). WW1 German M88/98 All Steel Construction Ersatz Bayonet & Steel Scabbard. BAYO 17 - BAYO 17
A WW1 German M88/98 Ersatz bayonet and steel scabbard (see item 338, page 153 of The Bayonet Book By White & Watts). The all steel construction bayonet has a polished steel single edged blade with sharpened back edge point & central fuller. The blade measures 12 in length. It has a steel one piece cross guard with open muzzle ring. The back of the blade has a small inspection mark. The steel pressed steel grip has an oil hole near to the cross guard. It has a push button bayonet release which works correctly. The grip retains some original green paint. It is complete with its steel scabbard which has a tear drop frog stud. A WW2 Era Nazi German Artillery Presentation Dress Bayonet With Etched Blade 'Regt 13 Magdeburg' and 'Erinnerungan Meine Diensfzier' (In Memory Of My Service Time) & Scabbard. Sn 11032. - 11032
A great condition German Army presentation bayonet with birds head pommel, rifle lug slot, chequered black grips and swept cross guard. The 10" single edged chrome plated and fullered polished blade is marked at the ricasso 'Solingen' (There is no manufacturer's name). The blade is beautifully etched with Oak leaf panels and central field gun team 'Regt 13 Magdeburg'. The reverse with Nazi German national Emblem 'Eagle With Swastika' together with 'Erinnerungan Meine Diensfzier' (English-In Memory Of My Service Time). The blade is fitted with original leather washer. The bayonet is similar to presentation bayonets illustrated on page 176 of the book World Bayonets By Watts & White. Post WW2 German Eickhorn Commercial M16 knife Bayonet With Wire Cutter & Scabbard. BAYO 8 - BAYO 8
This is an excellent Post WW2 German Made Commercial M16 Assault Rifle bayonet With Wire Cutter & Scabbard. There are no makers marks on this knife but most of these bayonets were German made by Eickhorn, Solingen. These bayonets fit M16 Assault rifles and many other modern rifles. It has a broad black ribbed grip and short steel crossguard with muzzle ring. It has a 7" Bowie type blade with sawback (overall 12"). The blade is slotted for wire cutter attachment which is present on it's original blacked scabbard with integral webbing frog (The wire cutting action works perfectly). The frog has a belt loop with retaining strap, stud fastener and steel belt hanger. The base of the scabbard is fitted with green thigh cord. Price includes UK delivery. BAYO 8

A 1916 German Model 1898/05 G98 Mauser 'Butcher Knife' Bayonet By R. Stock & Co. Berlin Marienfelde complete with steel scabbard. This is a very nice condition original Imperial German Pattern 1898/05 'butchers knife' bayonet and scabbard for the Gew. 98 Mauser Rifle. This is the later model with a trimmed muzzle ring and fitted with a flash guard. The ricasso is stamped 'R. Stock & Co. Berlin Marienfelde'. The back of the blade is stamped '16' (1916) with the Imperial Crown. The blade is clean and the grips are original and un-damaged. The steel scabbard is also original and in good order with just a couple of very minor dents as to be expected. See image 267 in The Bayonet Book by Watts and White. WW1 1915 Imperial German Mauser 98/05 'Butcher Bayonet' By Simson & Co Suhl, Scabbard & Later Leather Frog. Sn 10401:11 - 10401:11
An excellent original German WW1 Mauser 98/05 'Butcher Bayonet'. The bayonet has 9 groove wooden grips which are secured with two screw bolts. It has a push button spring release which operates as it should. The crossguard has no muzzle ring. The clean single edged steel blade has a maker's stamp on the ricasso "Simson & Co Suhl". The blade measures 14 1/4" in length, it gradually widens from being 1" wide at the ricasso to just over 1 1/4" wide at it's widest point. The back edge of the blade is stamped with a 1915, '15' Imperial inspection mark. The pommel has 3 Imperial Inspection marks. It's original black painted metal scabbard is excellent and undamaged. The bayonet is complete with a well made later leather frog with all rivets and stitching intact. The rear of the frog is faintly impressed '1916' with unreadable letters. An excellent original German WW1 Mauser 98/05 'Butcher Bayonet'. The bayonet has 9 groove wooden grips which are secured with two screw bolts. The back edge of the blade is stamped with a 1918, '18' Imperial inspection mark. The pommel has an Imperial Inspection mark. It's original black painted metal scabbard is excellent and undamaged. The bayonet is complete with a well made later leather frog with all rivets and stitching intact. The rear of the frog is faintly impressed '1916' with unreadable letters. A WW1 Imperial German model 1898/05 butcher sawback bayonet with sawback officially removed, manufactured by A-G Duisburg complete with metal scabbard and leather frog. The bayonet has a single edged blade which widens towards the point. It's saw back blade has been officially removed. The ricasso is stamped by the manufacturer 'A-G Duisburg'. The spine of the blade is stamped 'Crown W' & dated '16' (1916). The blade is clean. The bayonet has a steel swept quillon, correct 9 groove wood grips, steel pommel and backstrap. It is complete with original steel scabbard & brown leather frog. Price includes UK delivery.
