Boxed, Post 1947, Pre 1958, Webley Senior .177 Calibre Air Pistol With Brown Grips and Accessories. Sn 14043 - 14043
This is a very good Webley Senior .177 Calibre Air pistol. It is undamaged with brown plastic grips. The left side of the cylinder is stamped 'The Webley Senior Made In England' together with 'oil' and arrow indicator pointing to the oil hole located on top of the cylinder highlighted in white. The right side is stamped 'Webley & Scott Ltd, Birmingham 4' and 'Webley Patents' (The pre 1958 Birmingham area code 4 was removed post 1958 after a factory relocation, see Page 85 of Webley Air Pistols by Bruce). The forward barrel block is stamped '.177' calibre and the front of the cylinder stamped with serial or batch number '1044'. The rear of the cylinder is stamped ‘Do Not Remove’. It has a blade foresight and adjustable rear sight and it cocks and fires perfectly with a strong spring action. The pistol is contained in its original Webley cardboard box with Pre 1958 Birmingham 4 address Webley labelling and imagery. Original 'instructions for use' are adhered to the inside of the lid. The box contains its original illustrated components list, a Beatall Waisted pellet box containing a quantity of .177 calibre lead pellets. The price includes UK delivery. Boxed, Pre 1958, Webley Junior Series 2 .177 Calibre Air Pistol With Original Empty Webley Paper Pellet Packet. AI 639 - AI 639
This is an excellent boxed Webley Junior Series 2 .177 Calibre Air pistol (see pages 95 to 108 of Bruce’s book ‘Webley Air pistols’). It is undamaged with original finish and black plastic grips with embossed Webley logos. The left side of the cylinder is stamped 'The Webley Junior .177 Webley & Scott Ltd Birmingham 4 Made In England' (In 1958 Webley relocated their factory from Birmingham 4 to Birmingham 21 Postal area. Weapons produced after 1958 were marked either Birmingham or Birmingham 21). The front of the cylinder is stamped with serial / batch number '768'. It has a blade foresight & adjustable rear sight and it cocks and fires perfectly with a strong spring action. It is contained in its original Webley labelled cardboard box with vivid Webley pistol imagery, Junior model detail and Webley's Birmingham 4 address. Original Webley Junior Series 2 instructions are adhered to the inside of the lid of the box. The box also contains an original empty Webley paper pellet packet which is torn. Early 1970's Webley Premier 'E' Series .22 Calibre Air Pistol With Brown Grips. AI 630 - AI 630
The Webley Premier 'E' series was introduced in 1972. The 'E' Series designation was stamped on the frame near to or under the left grip. Early examples had Brown Plastic Grips (see 119/120 of Webley Air Pistols By Bruce). This is an excellent example in .22 Calibre. It is undamaged and has the early brown plastic grips with embossed Webley logos. The left side of the cylinder is stamped 'The Webley Premier Made In England'. The frame near the left grip is stamped with the correct large E (Series designation). The front of the cylinder is stamped with number '708'. It has a blade foresight & adjustable rear sight and it cocks and fires perfectly with a strong spring action. Price includes UK delivery. Boxed, Post 1950's, West German Gerstenberger & Eberwein, EM-GE Model LP3a, .22 Calibre 'Break Action' Air Pistol & Accessories. Sn 12964. - 12964
This is an excellent, Em-Ge model LP3a, made in Germany by Gerstenberger & Eberwein. (The pre-WW2 name of this company was Moritz & Gerstenberger, the brand name "Em-Ge" is the German pronuciation of the old initials "M" and "G."). These pistols were made from the mid 1950's until sometime into the late 1970's/ early 80's and had a reputation for excellent workmanship and finish. This example is excellent. It is break action with adjustable rear target sight & blade foresight. It retains its original blue metal finish and has lovely brown plastic contoured target grips which are undamaged. The pistol measures 12 ½” overall & has a 6" rifled barrel. The left side of the weapon is crisply marked by the manufacturer 'EM-GE Gerstenberger u Eberwein' together with 'Mod LP3a Made In Western Germany'. The left side of the barrel block is stamped 'Cal 5.5mm' (.22) the right side, serial number '54886'. The pistol cocks, loads and fires perfectly. It is complete with its original plastic and brass ball cocking aid helpful because of the short barrel and exposed front sight. The pistol is contained in its original foam retail box with removable lid and colourful manufacturer labelled cardboard sleeve. The box contains a cleaning cloth and a Webley pellet tin tin which contains a quantity of .22 calibre lead pellets. Price includes UK delivery. Boxed West German Weihrauch HW 70 4.5 Calibre (.177) Air Pistol. AI 618 - AI 618
This is a West German made boxed Weihrauch HW 70 4.5 calibre air pistol in excellent condition. It has a 6 1/4" fully rifled barrel. The trigger pull is very nice and crisp. It has a fully adjustable two stage trigger which works as it should. It has a fully adjustable rear target sight and shrouded foresight. It has plastic grips which are in very nice clean undamaged condition. The metal finish is also as nice showing almost no signs of being handled. The grips have an inset "HWM" on each side. On the left side of the barrel near to the hinge point it is stamped with "Kal 45" and on the left of the cylinder "Made in Germany 049029". On the right side of the barrel on the flat it has "HW 70". It has the manufacturers name on the right of the cylinder. The box is foam lined and cut away to fit the pistol. The box is in very good condition as can be seen from the photograph. The price includes UK delivery. Pre 1958 Webley Mark 1 .22 Calibre Air Pistol. AI 617 - AI 617
The Webley Mark 1 Air Pistol was produced between 1935 and 1964 with refinements being made to the model throughout the production period. This is a nice Webley Mark I Air Pistol. The pistol is stamped on the end of the cylinder with batch number "459". It has black plastic grips with Webley roundels on the right hand one. It has "Oil" with a curved arrow on the left side of the cylinder together with " The Webley Mark 1 Made in England". On the left side just below the fore sight it is stamped ".22 MK1". The cylinder is stamped on the right side "Webley & Scott Ltd Birmingham 4" (Birmingham 4 was the Webley Pre 1958 address). It is also stamped "Webley Patents". It retains it's original blue finish. (see pages 67-73 of Webley Air Pistols by Gordon Bruce). The pistol cocks and fires with a strong spring action. The price includes UK delivery. 1970's 'F' Series Webley Premier .22 Calibre Air Pistol. Sn 11870:10 - 11870:10
Made C1975 'F' series Webley Premier air pistols were the last of the 1964-1975 era forged steel Premiers to be produced before introduction of the redesigned Webley Premier made of aluminium materials (see page 120/121 of Webley Air Pistols by Bruce). This 'F' series Webley Premier is in .22 calibre. It is undamaged with original finish and brown plastic grips with embossed Webley logos. The left grip has some scuffs consistent with age and use. The left side of the cylinder is stamped 'The Webley Premier Made In England'. The front of the cylinder is stamped with number '745'. It has a blade foresight and the forward barrel block is stamped '.22'(calibre). It has an adjustable rear sight. It is also stamped on the left side of the grip near to the grip 'F' (series). Production of the Webley Hurricane began in 1977. The pistols replaced the Webley Premier MK II (see page 238 of The Collector’s Guide To Airpistols by Hiller). This is a very good example of the Webley Hurricane .22 calibre Air Pistol. The Pistol which has an over lever action which has a strong spring and fires as it should. The body is marked with the Webley manufacturer’s detail and 'Hurricane' model. The barrel is stamped with .22 Calibre detail.
